I feel you, I think I was driving more at her answering the hypothetical of what would have happened to him if she wasn't around, which is itself obviously just her thin excuse to torture her loser of a son and get her kicks doing it, but I get what you're saying, it would be hotter if it was solely her idea. The initial way this played out was actually that she'd specifically demand Kyle cum as hard and fast as he could, IE that she fully intended for him to buy it from the off, but I thought it was hotter (and matched her expressions better) if she semi-accidentally got him drowned in goop instead, then just shrugged it off.
I keep all the .pds files for these so there's no reason I can't go back and tweak things, you never know

A lot of it no doubt comes down to personal fetishes, which are going to vary a lot from person to person, even among those who are into shit like this (something that always makes it difficult to take criticism on fetish captions, because the guy who is into bondage is always going to say: "It needs more ropes and restraints"). Though as I said before, I do also quite enjoy scenarios which would have Kyle and the mom both being malicious and mocking from the beginning, and maybe it was just the way this one played out that had me classifying Kyle one way and the mom the other. I guess it's that the mom is the aggressor when it comes to initiating the fleshlight wank, and she's malicious towards her son from the first panel, before Kyle is even onscreen, while Kyle's is more happy to go along with things with a "whatever" attitude, when he is onscreen. So while there are moments that show each character as more and less malicious, I nevertheless assign them the roles I do based on what seems like the overall thrust of their personalities (when they're onscreen anyway, which is more immediate and relatable)... and maybe because the "yeah, whatever" mentality I'm seeing with Kyle is probably less common in captions like these (or because I just like the way you executed it here), and so I latch onto that as his true self. As it is, I guess you have the both of Kyle and the mom pushing things further at different times, making each other worse and combining to reach the tragic end of the story, and that can be hot too, but it's maybe trickier to do just right, and at least here, it isn't singing to me quite as much. Regardless, I think the story is very hot—enough to save it to my favorites—but I thought I'd voice my personal opinion on some of the nuances of the roles Kyle and the mom have, because I think analytical feedback on things like this is pretty rare.

Rare in this case would be an understatement, and I hope you can tell it's entirely appreciated. As goofy as this stuff is when you decontextualise it I still try to make these stories really work, which to my mind the concept of 'working' lives or dies on the reader finding it plausible or not, and if I'm being totally honest this one was mostly a case of the image set is too perfect not to use, rather than my ideas around it being 100% tight. I probably spent more time talking this one through with a friend with similar tastes than I have for pretty much anything else I've uploaded here, for exactly that reason, and believability probably went more to the side than I'd normally tolerate. Maybe it would've made more sense as a TF caption, with gifs or webms made from the video rather than the image set? The beauty of it is I can always revisit and remold it again to fit whatever narrative I like
