"I really do like this one, such a cruel and delightful predicament, trying to deal with the cramping and fullness from the enemas, while their poor bound members are tormented by those ants (which I honestly overlooked the first time I saw this picture) I somehow am trying to make up my mind if the bound guy on the right is mumbling out for the new guy to get away or if he is wishing him luck."
