Not sure why anybody would want to take the original (second gif) and make it into a fake: first gif - unless it was as a harmless prank, in which case we need to hear that from the two women depicted or was it done with more malicious intent to falsely advertise or somehow spread the idea the woman in the first gif has a cock and was looking for someone to wear that collar.
