Hey guys before I do anymore captions, (hope you're enjoying them!) just wanted to ask a question. Not sure how to put this without sounding like a paranoid nut, but should I ever be worried about captioning the wrong pic/gif and then getting legal action taken against me? It's just something that I worried about even when I ran my own tumblr, some chick who already put her nudes or whatever out on the net and then tries to make a quick buck because I slapped a 12 word caption on one of them. How do you guys know what stuff you can touch or what you can't. It's pretty much why I'm sticking to hardcore gifs for now, but I'd like to branch out to softcore and random pics. Thanks for any advice.

Parody is covered in fair use, but either way, legal action for such matters in the US is very difficult to pull off. You need to prove that tangible damage was done and whole host of other thing. You're safe. Sites like this wouldn't allow captioning if there was real legal risk.
