It's an inner labia clamp. Both, the inner and outer hoop has blunt teeth against eachother. The outer hoop can be opened, the inner labias are slipped through the middle of the inner hoop, then the labias are spread over the teeth outwards over the inner hoop. Then the outward hoop is closed so the teeth on both hoops prevent the inner labias from slipping back holding them in a vice like grip. The iron ball hangs free between your legs and acts like a pendulum, the parting rod stimulates the clitoral region and inner wall of your vagina simultaeously when walking or moving your hips. You can secure it, to prevent it from tugging too harshly on the inner labias, when you loop a chain or cord around your waist, with excess chain or cord in front, down to the ring of the clamp (left side of the clamp on the picture) and on the other side, connected to the shackle (right side of the clamp), another cord or chain that travels farther through your crack and behind back up to the waist band/chain. As you can see in the other pictures, there are variations with vagina spreaders and ball inside and a heavier weight or metal ball on the chain outside between your tighs. Often a plug like extension for the backdoor is added too. Unfortunately the jewelry shop of those advanced labia clamps in Berlin has closed it's doors forever. Search for Labiaclasp or Labia clasp. (In German: Labienspange) There are some shops who provide a variety of this nice jewelry. However the more advanced and intrusive ones, shown in other pics in this gallery, are not available anymore. The jeweller who has produced and invented them, Biank Rodalquilar, is pushing up the daisys nowadays afaik. But mind you: It's only usable when there is a substantial inner labia available As this varies from no inner labia at all to almost bat-flap size ones, please check before you buy. This labia clasp is for inner labias. If you want to use something similar for thr outer labias, you have to search for Labia clamp or Labiaclamp
