	Dec 10, 2025 Opera free VPN seems OK, I don't like the browser part and go back to Chrome when I'm off VPN. It doesn't kill my ISP so that's a big improvement. It connects at a fair speed to and I've found all my speed issues are imagefap not the VPN. GrumpyGuts 17 Dec, 2025 I agree nothing will be perfect. I am finding opera is between full speed or 2 meg depending on the time of day. What I like about it is that its self contained and chrome will still go ahead and use my normal ISP. I also find that my VPN client, SurfShark, inexplicably knocks out certain things (like my Mail client automatically downloading email), and can also make certain sites go wonky. Try mixing and matching those variables until you find something stable across the board. Nothing will be perfect, but frustration can be limited...
