    French Nadine - Flashing
French Nadine - had a web site which was active in the early 2000's, one of my all time favorites, mature, curvy, hairy, well dressed, stockings, lots of outdoor / public sets, some hardcore often with multiple men.
Mayfair 1/3 - by Issue No
Mayfair is Britains longest surviving mens soft porn magazine (if we disregard Penthouse, which launched in London the same year but soon shifted to the US). It launched in 1965 and is still going today, although of course unrecognisable from its glory days. Published by Fisk Publishing, the first issue was edited by Graham Masterton author of The Manitou and other horror novels but from issue two was in the hands of Kenneth Bound, who remained the editor until 1990. Quite the editorial run. Mayfair emulated Playboy and Penthouse by pitching itself as a sophisticated, middle-class gentlemens magazine, mixing not-especially explicit nude spreads (even by 1981, it was featuring fully nude women with partially opened legs, but with genitals airbrushed out of sight into a dark, pubic hair-heavy forbidden zone) with non-sexual male interests (cars, sport, tech), humour, fiction and general interest articles.

Please note: My collection of Mayfair magazine photos is not meant to be "comprehensive". Rather it is a collection of the pictures I personally like, mainly from what I consider to be the "golden years", the 1970's and 1980's.

Men Only 1/3 - by Issue No
Men Only is a British soft-core pornographic magazine published by Paul Raymond Publications since 1971, and it was the main competitor to Mayfair during the 1970s and 1980s (Raymond latterly took over Mayfair). Over the years, models featured in Men Only have also appeared in different photo-shoots in Club International (a title bought from IPC). The early issues of Men Only often contained serious articles and interviews, though since the 1980s these have largely been omitted. Photographers from the early years included Fred Enke and R.B. Kane, and more recently Bob Twigg. Models have included Mary Millington, Jo Guest, Anette Dawn, Linsey Dawn McKenzie, and Bobbi Eden.

Penthouse is a men's magazine founded by Bob Guccione. It combines urban lifestyle articles and softcore pornographic pictorials that, in the 1990s, evolved into hardcore. Although Guccione was American, the magazine was founded in 1965 in the United Kingdom. Beginning in September 1969, it was sold in the United States as well. The Penthouse logo is a stylized key which incorporates both the Mars and Venus symbols in its design. The magazine's centerfold models are known as Penthouse Pets and customarily wear a distinctive necklace inspired by this logo.

Bob Guccione: At the height of his success, Guccione, who died in 2010, was considered one of the richest men in the United States.

Penthouse magazine began publication in 1965, in the UK and in North America in 1969, an attempt to compete with Hugh Hefner's Playboy. Guccione offered editorial content that was more sensational than that of Playboy, and the magazine's writing was far more investigative than Hefner's upscale emphasis, with stories about government cover-ups and scandals. Writers such as Seymour Hersh, Craig S. Karpel, James Dale Davidson, and Ernest Volkman exposed numerous scandals and corruption at the highest levels of the United States Government.

The magazine was founded on humble beginnings. Due to Guccione's lack of resources, he personally photographed most of the models for the magazine's early issues. Without professional training, Guccione applied his knowledge of painting to his photography, establishing the diffused, soft focus look that would become one of the trademarks of the magazine's pictorials. Guccione would sometimes take several days to complete a shoot.

As the magazine grew more successful, Guccione openly embraced a life of luxury; his former mansion is said to be the largest private residence in Manhattan at 22,000 square feet (2,000 m2). However, in contrast to Hugh Hefner, who threw wild parties at his Playboy Mansions, life at Guccione's mansion was remarkably sedate, even during the hedonistic 1970s. He reportedly once had his bodyguards eject a local radio personality who had been hired as a DJ and jumped into the swimming pool naked.

The magazine's pictorials offered more sexually explicit content than was commonly seen in most openly sold men's magazines of the era; it was the first to show female pubic hair, followed by full-frontal nudity and then the exposed vulva and anus. Penthouse has also, over the years, featured a number of authorized and unauthorized photos of celebrities such as Madonna and Vanessa Williams. In both cases, the photos were taken earlier in their careers and sold to Penthouse only after Madonna and Williams became famous.

    Edmund Leja - Galleries
Edmund Leja, also known as Ed Leja (1919-2002) started in Detroit, in the mid 40's and mainly after 45 his first attempts as "semi-pro" photographer. He moved to California in 52 and increased his activity in photography and began hiring models on weekends to shoot on location and in and around his home. For his artistic figure work, Leja often preferred the great outdoors, just like one of his colleagues, Andre de Dienes. Based in West Hollywood and Studio City, at the heart of the early Southern California nude photography industry, de Dienes and Leja shared several model contacts. They both photographed two-time Playmate of the Month Diane Webber (Miss May 1955 and Miss February 1956), Collette Berne (Playboy cover model, July 1960), as well as Sue Snow and Tammy Saunders. Leja discovered and photographed three Playmates for Playboy magazine (one of these Playmates, Donna Michelle, had actually been discovered by one of Leja's daughters). He photographed Teddi Smith, Miss July 1960, Donna Michelle, Miss December 1963 (and 1964's Playmate of the Year), and Lori Winston, Miss June 1964. A leading pioneer in the fields of glamour, pin-ups, nudes and erotica, Edmund Leja photographed over 200 models between the 1940s and the early 1980s. His body of work encompasses more than 100,000 images. (with thanks and credit to Joszka on VEF)
