He looks down at you on the steel examination bed, and takes off his small silver framed glasses, polishes the little round lenses with a kerchief and placing them into the top pocket of his lab coat smiles at you. Not the weak old man smile you saw all those weeks ago as you were returning his runaway wheelchair to his car in the mall parking lot, and wondering why the handles made your palms feel numb (just before the world went black). No this smile is of self satisfaction and contain pure malice. You shiver as he walks to a control box the foot of the rack and bends over it. You feel a slight warmth on your cervix, and then a wave travels across to deep in your anus, almost as if someone was blowing directly on your insides. Raising your head in shock you look down to be greeted by his eyes looking up at you, filled with amusement. You start to tremble as the evil you see there tells you that whatever plan so amuses him, you are not going to find so funny. The sudden stab of lightning to your cervix sends your head crashing back against the examination couch as you try to scream, but no scream can convey the agony and shock, so the only sound is a tortured hiss of breath escaping around the gag.
