It is a young woman about to be pushed out of a helicopter, high over the Amazon jungle. So it is open air instead of these doors. She is the mistress of a prominent drug trafficker. A tall blonde. And she was no longer of use to the boss as his wife had found out about her and he had a new mistress more hidden to replace her.
