Had it on for 45min.
1) didn't hurt as much as I thought, in fact hardly any pain at all
2) so much fun seeing it go purple,cold and numb
3) great effect with it being numb the day after, you know there is something inside your pants but you can't feel it. Peeing is like holding someone elses dick erection
4) initially no erection. Great fun watching porn, not getting harda and not being able to jerk off
5) might try it in combination with a chastity cage next

Did another session the next day. Right now erections coming back, would have loved to keel them away for longer. Feeling is coming back as well, although head still slightly numb.
Might have to double band and keep them on for longer next then to achieve longer lasting results, 1 week to 10 days would be great

I’ve also had experience with banding.
With one band for 45 minutes, I don’t feel numb for very long.

A few months ago, I did this several times in a row using a banding roulette wheel. I’d take a 10-minute break between sessions and then do the banding again.
After that, I had little to no feeling for several days.

Numbness slowly disappeared from the bottom. Head still felt pretty numb when I did the session yesterday.
