Ha, good question, but I have no reference! I was cut at birth in the hospital. To me everything operates as normal. No tightness with a massive hardon or anything like that. Hi pal, as you say we can never really know what the alternative is as our lived experience can't allow us to properly compare with things we haven't experienced. We can only ponder, and I do occasionally wonder whether it would effect my life if things were different and I was physically different, including my penis, as we are just how we are and take that as how it naturally should be. Getting back to the foreskins, they are generally a lot looser than you've imagined, although I know there are some who suffer from phimosis which doesn't sound great, I think most foreskins can be gently rolled back and forth, so in terms of the bit you said about cleanliness, unless a guy isn't keeping themselves clean there shouldn't be any smell. In terms of how much the foreskin covers, it differs guy to guy as I know that some stilll have the head covered even when hard, but personally my foreskin covers most of the head when hanging soft but retracts fully when rock hard fully exposing the head. Sorry, this has dragged on a bit(!), don't think I've ever spent so long talking about foreskins!

Interesting conversation considering the format. Us guys just don't have penis conversations in the real world as they say. I'll ad this: I grew up in the deep southern US. About as south as you can get and I remember a track meet at an inter city playground and we had to shower with the black guys. Well, we did talk about circumcision then. We figured out that we were cut and they were natural. One of us added that maybe circumcisions were expensive and that we were fortunate.
