Die Dame wird dabei in vielen Situationen von Personen aller Hautfarben und jeden Alters benutzt. Die Optik des Herrn ist ebenfalls unwichtig. Die Dame hat zu lernen, ihr Leben lang zu gehorchen und sich bedingungslos unterzuordnen und hat sich bei derartigen Aktionen proaktiv und begeistert zu verhalten. Der Trainer bestimmt alleine, wer die Dame haben kann.
