Notes to self: You can create folders only on the root-level of your galleries, not in any subfolder. Once created you can rename them but you can't delete them anymore. You can move gallery folders from one root-level folder to another. You create gallery-folders only by uploading. New galleries end up in folder "Uncategorized". You can then move those new galleries in "My Fap > My Content".
