Does anyone have a fast track too admin to get ahold of them to help me?

My site after 10 years is not working right. Tried to send to Admin which is not easy to find. Even having trouble sending them message then gettjng them too answer. Someone is screwing with me. It looks normal at first till you try and look at my pictures
