Yes, that does happen from time to time. Having been given the opportunity to relive herself prior to the commencement of her punishment session, there is no excuse for wetting her knickers later. The fact that she may have been unable to go when so instructed is entirely her own fault, and should inevitably lead to additional disciplinary actions. Ideally targeting the area concerned.
