"It is a good start. Choosing a monochrome image might seem like a good way of handling color and tone issues, but I find it makes getting the contrast right more difficult. You have chosen the pairing well from a shadow point of view. Head angle is so important, however. Emma is looking straight ahead and is shot level. The model is shot slightly from below and I would guess is looking slightly up. Final tip: try to keep Emma's faceial outline and especially hairline in the final image. That will solve some of the contrast issues on the forehead and ensure the finshed image will look like her. The jawline here is slightly wrong for Emma so it appears more like a model who looks like Emma."
