Personally, I would welcome a female who enjoyed inflicting pain on my otherwise useless genitals. And if my sperm was needed, I would advocate a mechanical milking with the deliberate intent of making it torturous rather than pleasurable. This can easily be achieved with a mechanical device that would not stop. The first collection of sperm may be somewhat pleasurable, but it would quickly turn to painful when the penis gets super sensitive after that first orgasm. Ideally, the mechanical milking would continue until I ran dry.
