s anyone else ever irritated by profiles you come across , in which the main bulk of the about me is taken up with an entitled , aggressive and completely inaccurate rant about the law, an individuals rights and what they will do to others, regarding content they have uploaded and the matter of other people downloading , copying and altering that.? I've noticed it for a long while but of late , in fact just today I noticed three instances written in reoccurring CAPS , Demeaning, gaslighting and threatening openly anyone who should read the profile. Rants demonstrably based on misinformation ,from invented laws , non existent crimes , fictional and fantastical threats of reporting you , litigating , pursuing criminal charges and taking this all the way to Court. If your like me repeatedly being informed of these 'facts' with at best a passive aggressive sarcasm at the other end an angry and entitled contempt . Addressing me as a suspect , most certainly lacking in the moral fibre they possess. warning anyone who reads their manifesto to behave and not violate their property ,. The images they have uploaded publicly to the internet and a pornographic image sharing site. . One of them absolutely convinced that putting a free Ai watermark on their photo's constitutes those images being legally protected , without ever protecting them legally. Another informs me that it is something everyone knows , that downloading someone else's photographs of them exhibiting themselves for other peoples attention that they have uploaded to a non private, not password protected , public library , is against the law , actually illegal ( in all countries ) and they will look to prosecute and take anyone that does so to court. I couldn't even get them to understand that if a prosecution is criminal , an individual doesn't take someone to court , the CPS, Police and potentially military and secret services in some cases do that . ( Translate fir your own countries legal systems) . I was told in a back and forth messaging debate , everything I am saying is ' retarded ', that I am a a woke mind moron , later changed to a Nazi . For these four points of view. . It is not illegal to take a screen grab, recording or download anything in the open net part of the world wide web. You can protect photographs and personal artwork etc by registering and copywriting it . However each image need be labelled and it's Copywrite clearly marked . If someone then is found to possess the image without permission or payment being agreed, they have infringed that copyright and the holder of the registration for the image can pursue the matter Civilly backed by the law in court . Though proving an awareness of the registered copyright , intent to obtain without agreement and any subsequent intention to alter , resell, reupload or in anyway use that image , is incredibly hard to pin down and prove when relating to a website such as this one. With the money , time and aggravation it would take to take a case as such to a judgement and subsequent fine in court , it would have to be a valuable file or something of vast personal importance to pursue at a sizeable loss. Putting any images you were that serious about the protection of on a site such as this , would be considered insane then trying to defend them. How many people that have watched a pirate movie do you think have been prosecuted by the film studios?. How many photographs of famous paintings have been litigated by the artist ? and if you go to Google Image search and find an image you wanted to see, do you research , contact and agree a fee for downloading it , with it's creator?. What makes you believe this site and your pics are so vastly different from every other image on the internet?. It's the same people who create a scene in the street because someone is making some content , filming outside a shopping mall and refuses to turn off their camera and delete the film because this person was recorded without their permission. Yet the 300 CCTV cameras that have monitored and tracked them since they left home , aren't something they even compute in the same chain of thought . The absolute peak of madness though is that one of these profiles , with an entire paragraph dedicated to warning and threatening the rest of us here, has no content whatsoever on their page . making it one of the oddest 'I'm Hard, people best not mess with me ' flexes I think I have ever seen. To state all that about images you don't even possess is in my humble opinion , just fucking mental. All I can think is in some way it provides them with a narrative of sorts they can choose to believe , that the five photo's of them baring their pasty pale white scary mary's , are so in demand , lusted after and unique , there subsequent worth and artistic importance will drive men of all ages and sizes to commit crime , breaking the law and wanking in the shadows as fugitives , hypnotically controlled obese offal addicts desperately craving another image of an octogenarian drowned rat weeping from it's prolapsed anus. If any of angry assholes are reading this , nobody wants to download your pics, they are fucking repulsive , if they can't surpass ten views in your galleries , why , oh why do you think anybody wants a copy to look at on purpose at va later date. Personally I don't think you should even be allowed to upload something that looks so much like animal cruelty of some kind. Only joking you are beautiful, a unique snowflake , special in your own way. just unsettling to look at is all.
