Nebiat Habtemariam (born 29 December 1978) is an Eritrean long-distance runner who specializes in the marathon. She was the first woman to represent Eritrea at the Olympics. She was the center of attention in a heat for the women’s 5,000 meters at Athens 1997 WC by running without a bra and with an oversized vest, leaving her breasts exposed for much of the race.
