Some women’s breasts never stop growing. I know that sounds too good to be true, but it is. In fact, more women have that talent than you may realize. That’s why you see more older women with big tits than young ones. Those older ladies’ boobs have been growing for years longer than their younger sisters’. And they’re not just bigger in boob size either, their nipples and areolas are bigger too.
The condition of excessive growth in breast tissue is called “Macromastia.” But macromastia itself is a general term that encompasses a wide variety of symptoms. For example, macromastia can begin at almost any age from puberty to full adulthood, and can be triggered by initial growth hormones in her teenage years, or during pregnancy, and in some cases years after pregnancy. Furthermore, excessive growth of the breasts can occur suddenly and greatly increase their development quickly, or it can manifest gradually over time either continually as periodic growth spurts or as continuous, steady enlargement. The later two kinds are the most titillating to me. Whether a lady has to constantly buy new bras with larger cup sizes twice a year or just every few years matters little to me. What matters are the cup sizes she has to buy. Medically, symptoms like that are called “Developmental” macromastia, to indicate never ending breast growth throughout adulthood.
Now, as I said, developmental macromastia - breast tissue that never stops growing - is actually fairly common, as many over-60 “grandmothers” attest. Their boobs have been growing for decades by then so it’s not surprising to see some with enormous ones. But that’s not so true for women with other kinds of macromastia, the kind that occur quickly and fully early in life. Most of those women undergo breast reduction surgery, as tragic as that sounds. Fortunately, those kinds of “Juvenile” or “Gestational” macromastia - which are the most popularly known - are rare and Developmental is fairly common. However, some women with Developmental Macromastia do ultimately seek reduction surgery also because their boobs become just too unwieldy, either because of their size and shape or because of their weight. An extra large bust can make finding clothes difficult, or draw too much unwanted attention, or simply get so heavy they cause back pain. Not all breasts are equally dense, so some can be relatively heavy even when they’re only double-D cup in size. Again, fortunately, most boobs are not that dense and so a woman’s back muscles can strengthen gradually as her tits expand over time.
All of the ladies featured in this gallery have Developmental Macromastia. Most of them are also over 40 years old, which means their boobs are bigger - and in some cases much bigger - than they were in her 20’s and 30’s.
