Shaving might be required and practised in some places, but is not a general prerequisite. Although absolute cleanliness is practised in most rimming porn, rimming itself is considered the quintessential "dirty" practise in human sexuality. That boils down to the question of a shower or bath being required prior to the rim job being performed, or whether prostitutes will also do rim jobs on unwashed clients or probably receive some poop during rimming prostitution. Here the boundary to outright scat prostitution becomes really blurred. For whores who are fully initiated to the rimming prostitution the experience of poop comes as no surprise. Rather this is an intrinsic part some hookers might specialize in.
