It is a lot different world than it was 50 years ago. Cheerleaders are there to encourage and root for the team. But with increased inflow of minority students, many athletic teams now in predominantly white colleges are largely composed of black athletes. Because of their superior athletic ability, black students are over-represented on the sports teams relative to their percentage of the population. And cheerleaders are usually always the hottest, best looking girls of a college. They are in close proximity for the whole season, and who can blame the black studs for hitting on the hot white girls. They even go further than that. Many of the cheerleaders are now dating black guys. The black guys, because of their success and because of the political environment (anti-racism) are now able to walk in and have sex with pretty much any white girl they want--whether she is single, engaged, or even married to a white boy! And the white boys can do nothing to stop it. This is dating and relationships in the 21st Century, College style.
