My wife suggested a Vasectomy for me cause her spiral prevention wasn't working anymore (5 years were over).
I agreed - i liked the thought to get literally "castrated" by her suggestion.
The first cut hurted pretty much - it was a burning, cutting pain - cause there was not enough local ansthaetic injected. They get some more in - and it worked.
After a few days the left side began to hurt - my skin reacted with the stitches. My skin didn't like it. I got some pills against infection and the pain, now everything works pretty well, as you can see on the last two pics.
