Born in Las Vegas, Nevada to a showgirl/model and a businessman. Starr's ethnic background consisted of English, Scottish, Italian, and Austrian. At the age of 1, Starr and her family moved to Sarasota, Florida, where she grew up. At a young age, Starr enjoyed dancing and acting, which eventually led to her enrolling at a performing arts high school. After graduating high school, Starr moved to Las Vegas, where she attended college and began stripping to pay for her tuition. Years later, Starr got married and moved to Los Angeles, California, where she worked under her husband in the music industry. By her mid-20's, Starr divorced her husband and moved back to Las Vegas.
