Ligia Yamaguti is a Brazilian actress, producer, and visual artist with over 20 years of experience across television, film, and theater. She is also recognized as one of the founding members of the Coletivo Oriente-se, an artistic collective focused on promoting the visibility of Asian-Brazilian artists. Beyond her acting career, she works dynamically as a painter and plastic artist, holding a degree from the Istituto per l'Arte e il Restauro. Ligia Yamaguti is known for A Conta-Gotas (2021), 3% (2016) and Blitz (2018). She featured in the award-winning short film A Caixa (The Box), which earned recognition at the Independent Shorts Awards, alongside other shorts like Namidá and Fragráncia.
