Katharina Bach (born 1985 in Remscheid,Germany) is a German (mainly) stage actress, with some TV experience. She studied acting at the Westphalian Drama School in Bochum. From 2014 to 2020 she was an ensemble member at Schauspiel Frankfurt. Since 2020, she has been an ensemble member of the Münchner Kammerspiele, where she worked with directors such as Bernhard Mikeska, Falk Richter, Jan-Christoph Gockel, Jessica Glause, Jan Bosse, Felicitas Brucker and Tiziana Pagliaro. As a performer, she has a close collaboration with the author Gerhild Steinbuch; and together with the visual artist Catharina Szonn, she is “CK horny”. On the stage of the Münchner Kammerspiele, Katharina Bach was last seen in the productions of Bernhards Heldenplatz (director: Falk Richter, 2021), The politicians of Wolfram Lotz (directed by Felicitas Brucker, 2021), Effingers (directed by Jan Bosse, 2021) and Bavarian Suffragettes (directed by Jessica Glause, 2021) as well as in The Freedom of a Woman and Nora (director: Felicitas Brucker With Nora, she was invited to the Berlin Theatertreffen in 2023. With her band Bitchboy, Katharina Bach developed the Nick Cave evening The Fe.Male Trail, which can be seen and heard on the stage of the Schauspielhaus in Munich. In 2021, Katharina Bach was awarded the AZ star of the Munich Abendzeitung. Katharina Bach is known for Planet Magnon (2024), Ruf mich an! (2012) and Tage mit Naadirah (2024).
