Thayse Lucas Guedes de Souza is a Brazilian actress, producer, art educator, master of Performing Arts - Federal University of Uberlândia (2018) and Advisor of Performing Arts of SESI Free since 2017. Master in Performing Arts from the University of Uberlândia (UFU) and Bachelor in Theatre from the University Center Barão de Mauá (Ribeirão Preto/SP). PhD student in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos. Currently, her research focus is on the area of cultural management and public policies aimed at culture, with an emphasis on the professionalization of the cultural manager. She is a member of the Municipal Council of Cultural Policies of the city of Franca/SP and an opinionator in committees and stalls of analysis of cultural projects in municipal, state and national notices. In the occupation of the scene artist, she researches the Performative Theatre and the interdisciplinarity in the theatrical staging. Between 2017 and 2020 she was a Performing Arts Advisor, acting as educator and manager of the culture area of SESI Franca/SP. In this role, in addition to teaching theater classes, Thayse produced events in the areas of Performing Arts, Music, Film and Literature. In 2021, she served as a guest lecturer in the Cultural Producer Course, offered by SENAC Franca/SP. She is the creator and coordinator of the AVOA Institute, a cultural organization that is mainly dedicated to projects supported by public notices and incentive laws.
