Judyta (Jude) Frodyma is aCanadian-born academic, writer and lecturer. Judita was a Faculty Fellow in the Foundation Year Program at the University of King's College, where she taught core texts and literary analysis. She has joint degrees from the University of Toronto and the Sorbonne, and completed her M.A. and D.Phil. in British Romanticism at the University of Oxford, where she was a varsity lightweight rower and women's captain of the triathlon team. Between England and Boston, she spent a year living in a log cabin in the wilderness of British Columbia, Canada. She likes prunes. She is a a member of OXFORD UNIVERSITY TRIATHLON CLUB and regular at WNBR bike rides. She teaches English Literature at the University of King’s College, Halifax. She spends her time divided between Cambridge, MA (USA) and Halifax, Nova Scotia in Canada. She was the former Editor in Chief of the Oxonian Review, and has written for academic and non-academic publications. She loves chickens, and used to have three in her backyard.
