Femocratic World Government - Penis AssessmentnnAfter the establishment of the FWG (Femocratic World Government) and the passing of many laws designed to not only control, subjugate and oppress males (a taste of how they treated women and girls for thousands of years) but to also reduce the male population, a law was passed which said that all males must undergo a “penis assessment”. The word penis soon fell out of favour and was replaced at the government and professional level with the term “rape appendage”, though informal words like “wiener”, “weenie”, “dink”, “wee wee”, “worm” and other diminutive were much more commonly used. Of course, “dick” was still acceptable, but any word that suggested anything but a small or useless penis were very much frowned upon.nThe penis assessments could be carried out at government offices but were more often than not conducted by women in their homes. Fathers, former boyfriends/husbands (all heterosexual marriages were immediately annulled under the FWG) brothers, sons, and any and all males were subject to these assessments. Post-puberty males with an erect penis of less than 7 inches in length and less than 6 inches in girth would be fails. Any male with a flaccid length less than 4 inches, incapable of maintaining an erection for more than 10 minutes without stimulation, produced less than 5 ml’s of ejaculate or were incapable of ejaculating or getting an erection were also considered fails. Those males that failed the assessment (which was very nearly all) would have their rape appendage painfully removed, often after lengthy torture of the offending appendage. Most of these males were then disposed of as they were rightly considered worthless to females. It should be noted that even if the male in question passed the assessments, they could still be subject to removal of the rape appendage followed by disposal of the male if the women conducting the assessment found the rape appendage to be in any way unappealing or unattractive. Indeed, males who passed the assessment but whom were found to be physically unappealing (overweight, flabby, unattractive) would often be subjected to removal of their rape appendage, and then face disposal.
