This is a real niche. There are a million photos out there of red ball gags, and tape gags, etc. Panel gags work differently than the standard ball gag. There is a protuberance inside the panel which goes into the gagged person's mouth. Unlike the standard ball gag, you can't work it out of your mouth - the panel blocks it. It's in there for the duration. Some of these are a ball like the ballgag, and some are an inflatable bulb adjusted to swell inside the mouth after installation. I am fascinated by the penis gag - a rubber/silicone penis extending 2 to 4 inches inside the mouth once the panel is tightened. The gaggee has a dick in her mouth, and can be used to train her to welcome any other penis - she's used to this one now! This category will likely stay small, but I will add to this gallery as I can, so be on the lookout!
