Sebastiana 'Nana' Gouvêa Moraes (born on May 3, 1975 in Jataí, Goiás, Brazil) is a Brazilian-born model and actress. SA Brazilian glamour model and actress who was a local Playboy playmate in February 1996 and December 2001 and also on Playboy's Special Edition Cover in April 2009.
