Carme Pla (born January 22, 1966 in Tarrasa) is a Spanish actress who graduated from the Instituto del Teatro de Barcelona in 1990. Member and founder of the theatre company T de Teatre and protagonist of the Catalan state comedy Jet Lag amb T de Teatre. Carme Pla is known for The Last Night at Tremore Beach (2024), En la ciudad (2003), Petra (2018) and Jet Lag (2001). After graduating from the Theatre Institute, along with four friends from the same promotion he created the company T of Teatre. Although from the beginning she has participated in all the theatrical and television shows of the company, she has also worked on various theatrical montages, in feature films and in television series as lead actress and guest actress. She has also been co-director of the company's works, director (and performer) of the show Contes sorneguers d'en Pere Calders and professor of interpretation at the El Timbal theatre school.
