I spent all day doing this. Learned a lot. First, you have to create images specifically to use as the starting point for a video; normal pictures don't imply motion for the software to pick up on. Second, sometimes you get garbage and have to rerun the generation. Which hurts, because it takes 10 minutes. Third, keeping the files organized is a pain in the ass. I start with a .png from ComfyUI, edit and crop in Lightroom and export to a .jpg, then back into ComfyUI to generate the .mp4, and then NCH Prism to trim and convert to .gif.
