Ron sadly died (from lung cancer, I believe) whilst at the height of his ‘career’ - he was one of the first to exploit the power of the Internet to create a porno business away from the traditional distribution networks, and hired local ‘models’ to participate. Although following in the traditional format of the Stag film and Loop, he eschewed the high-budget story-driven format of the established studios and thus became, I feel, a pioneer in so many of what would later become recognised niches, including the GILF-MILF mother-daughter. Due to the limitations of the 48kbps and 96kbps dial-up connections, there was a greater focus on picture sets than movies, but it would have been interesting to see what he could have done in the subsequent broadband era.
