This is Katie . She works at a large chain hardware store . I can tell you firsthand that Katie is a very hard worker . She was determined to make sure I was going to get exactly the right tiles I needed for a bathroom renovation . She spent about 35 minutes with me , and I documented it all on video . She was very polite and called me "sir" every time she spoke to me . She showed me the respect a younger female should show an older man . Katie is a pretty awesome girl !
