Melina Seldes (born 1981 in Buenos Aires) is stage creator, performer and teacher from Argentina.For 20 years her life has moved between Europe and Argentina. Her tour includes more than 30 countries, theaters and institutions such as: National Theater of Scotland, Gessneralle Zurich, Duncan Center Athens, Tanzhaus Berlin, Impulstanz Vienna, Dartington College of Art, Çatı Dans Stüdyosu-Istambul, Artus Theater Budapest, Museum of Fine Arts Salta Arts, San Juan Bicentennial Theater, IUPA, UNA, TGSM Dance Workshop, Kampnagel K3, among many others. Melina is creator of the international program EL INTERPRETE_THE PERFORMER. She graduated from ArtEZ (NL 2005) and Masters from the Univ. of London (2007). Melina is a performance artist. She performs, embodies, dances, acts. She makes her own body a manifest. Words captivate her and keep her in constant movement. Melina develops a practice oriented towards “putting the body†at the service of her own speech and action. The willingness to embodies and inhabit one’s own body, to do and to be “in relationship to a context†/ â€on stageâ€: Life. She is co-creator and main performer of NOTHING TO HIDE. She performed this is Switzerland in 2013 with Swiss dancer Simone Blaser (pregnant blonde) and in 2022 and 2023 in Argentina with fellow performer Ana EcheverrÃa (latina with big tits).
