Thunder Woman. Her power is control of quantum fields. Although she can use lightning as a weapon she uses it mostly to stun, startle, and intimidate. Her main weapon is light, and control of quantum interactions. Although she can't use anti gravity because gravity isn't a quantum interaction she can use quantum interactions to push masses allowing her to fly. She can cause nuclear interactions to use fusion to power her flight. She can make anything from steel to concrete transparent. She can see into a body like an MRI. She can see through entire planets. She can project images, and illusions. Although she never uses it to kill she can lock the motion of particles. She locks particles of air around villians to capture them. Or make their weapons dissolve. She often humorously disables them by making their clothing dissolve. Her intent is to stop, and prevent evil not to punish. She leaves punishment, restoration, and compensation to society, and the victims. But when victims become evil attacking the innocent for restoration, compensation, and punishment she stops them too. She's called "The Queen of Light", "The Queen of the Shining Light", and "The Queen of Enlightenment".
