One white, female, online friend of my has written that she normaly doesn't like white boys. Is the thing that even if "yellow fever" is a phrase, it is women, not men, that can make a chose like that?

Females chose, males take what they can get. That is how it is done in nature. It should be easier for my friend to get a partner from another ethnisity than it is for a guy to have that kind of fethism. Exept there still are countries in the world there an European passport is worth a lot on the dating market. I guess. But if it wasn't for that,I would have a point?
