No I won't offer my service

so I was thinking I have a niegboor, an older plain looking short head woman never seen her and Company with anyone. She is always alone. I have tried to say "hi" to her but the only two times she has even talked to me she was angry at me. So why am I writing that here? Well, of course since I yesterday was a stupid boy and thought: "maybe she need you-know-what"? I would do my best, be the best shag possible if she wanted. But of course I would never sugest she could need that service. People have been reported to metoo for less than that.
