Edit: I may very well have misunderstood the word "cochina", I thought it meant "slut", and that maybe wrong. As I said in my original post, I'm a white guy from Sweden, yes Sweden for fuck sake, I don't know much about the spanish speaking world. 

I know enough botanics to know that quinine comes from trees in the genus Cinchona. The thing is that if you, like me, toss around the letters in Cinchona you get the word: “Cochina”. I guess it’s not a mistake to make. People in a small village in Latin America would be shocked if a western guy like me showed up and asked to see a Cochina in the forest.
