I have only skimmed this article once: MeToo lost me the love of my life.  If I wanted to understand it I should reread it for real, but I just want to comment on one sentence in it: “Honestly, during that whole period I don’t remember a single female saying anything nice about sex at all."

That's one thing about the contrast between how female sexuallity is depicted in different media. Here women loves sex. On for example the culture pages in mainstreem media, women never write anything positive about sex. Now, of course, porn isn’t real. I’m going to assume the culture pages in mainstream media are real. Or maybe the compromise, between those two extreams, is that women in general loves sex and hate male sexaullity. Therefore straight women in media never can write anything good about sex. Or it’s all politics. Haha
