I often get comments on really old pictures still up here at IF, and when I go back to look at them I am always amazed at how crunchy the shading is on them. Wow, you know it took a fan I met here to say, "that could be much lighter" to see the truth of it. And it still took me like three attempts to get it quite right.

I guess I could say I was trying to make the scenes look like they were being shot under really strong, hot lights, but why? It's funny how an artist responds to the real world thru art, I guess.

I think they look much better these days, is I guess what I'm saying. I just wish all my tools were working better to get more new stuff done... sigh....

PS: Oh yeah, that potential three-way is on hold. She's a co-worker & I am really not sure that this is advisable at all. Even though it's always been a fantasy, but...
