When i first saw profiles here with a girl uploading galleries of her (non-nude) friends I wondered if it could be a way women bully each other? Posting photos of your victim in porn sites? (for the sake of argument we assume thies profiles are owned by women and they really know the ladies they post pics of.)

If it's actually a woman running the page then yes I can see women doing that as a form of bullying. Women find some of the most non-physical ways to bully each other.
