It can be generally agreed that in most aspects of life, men and women are equals or should at least be afforded equality of rights. It is less accepted, but in my opinion correct, that when it comes to matters of heterosexuality the male should be the dominant, the female the supplicant. It is on this basis that I make the following proposal for a more sexual society.
Upon reaching adulthood, 18 years old would be case in most of the developed world, every woman is required to attend a registration centre. Here her details - date of birth, height, weight, hair colour, BMI, vital statistics, etc. are recorded. She is also photographed - her face, her body - front, side, rear, her breasts, her vagina, etc. Her sexual information - virginity, inclination, date of period, etc. are also registered. All this information is then stored in her record on the central database. A small RFID radio chip, approximately the size of a grain of rice and encoded with her own unique identification code is then injected into the skin of her upper right arm, where it will remain for the rest of her life. The reasoning behind this process is threefold - firstly it creates the necessary database record for the whole system to work, secondly it provides a large and detailed dataset for researchers and thirdly it ingrains into the woman the idea that her body is a commodity to be recorded, tracked and used.
Every male is, at 18 years old also entered into the central database, however without the level of detail that women are required to provide - merely their basic details. Again a unique identification code is assigned to each male, but, again unlike a woman's, it is not recorded in their body.
Everyone who is registered is then initially allocated 5 credits - these have no financial value and exist only electronically in the central database. Everyone will be provided with access to their central record via the usual methods - a website, mobile apps, etc. From here they will be able to keep track of their credit balance and in the case of women, update their records - record a change in weight or size, etc.
Once registration is complete, people will then continue with their lives as normal. However if a man should see a woman he desires to have a sexual liaison with (which is loosely defined as anything from touching her to penetration) he may approach her and using an RFID scanner, probably incorporated into his mobile phone but also as a standalone device, scan the chip in her upper arm. One of the following scenarios will now occur:
- If she has already been approached and scanned in that day, the database access will be denied and both parties will continue on their way. This is to avoid the situation of women loosing all their time to sexual activities.
- If she has not yet been approached that day the man will then be given access to her record on the central database and if he wishes, he will be able to request sexual access to the woman.
From a request for sexual access the following outcomes are possible:
- If the woman has a positive credit balance she may deny the request. Both parties then continue on their way - failure by the male to accept the denial will result in a heavy penalty to his credit balance.
- If the woman has a zero credit balance she is obliged to accept the request.
- The woman may also have a positive balance but still choose accept the request.
- If the woman is married, the request will be automatically forwarded to her husband for action - if he has a positive credit balance he may choose to deny the request, if he has a zero balance he is obliged to accept the request, he may also choose to accept the request even if he has a positive credit balance. The woman and her credit balance have no input in this process.
In the case that the request is denied, the denier's (whether it is the woman or her husband) credit balance is reduced by one credit, which is transferred to the requester's account.
If the request is accepted, the requester then transfers one credit from their account to the woman's account, and if the woman is married, a second credit is also transferred to the husband's account. The woman then has the remainder of the day in which to make herself available to the requester, once she has done so, the requester has a maximum of one hours access to the woman.
As a consequence of this system a woman who starts with 5 credits would be able to deny 5 consecutive requests before being obliged to accept the 6th; however this would be an unwise course of action - she would be advised to accept the request of e.g. an man she does not find unattractive or the man who only wishes to touch her or see her naked in order that she has the credits available to deny the man who wishes to penetrate her anally or perform a similarly unpleasant or debasing act*.
Likewise a man who starts with 5 credits may decide to use them all on 5 different women, however he will then find himself in a situation of having no credits and the possibility of seeing a woman he desires but with no means to access her. He would in fact be obliged to either make a request to a woman in the hope that she is able and willing to deny the request in order to receive the denial credit or if he is married, hope that his wife will be approached for access and then grant this request in order to gain credits from the men accessing his wife.
I see this proposal as having benefit to all - men get access to women in an easy but controlled fashion, women find themselves considering sex more as a man would - as a pleasure and both parties get to understand the importance of planning and making considered rather than impetuous decisions.
- there are obviously a number of areas which require further consideration, including what is defined as 'acceptable' sexual access - is penile-vaginal penetration the maximum or can one go further; anal penetration, fisting, etc. Is oral sex more or less intimate than vaginal? There is also the matter of non-hetero people, particularly lesbian women - should they be required to partake as a hetero woman or can they be given a dispensation, if so how does one avoid women registering as lesbian in order to avoid the scheme?
