I am sure some of your were followers of Tumblr and were deeply disappoointed last December when it stopped NSFW blogs of many kinds, including crossdressers.  Enforcement of their policy has been uneven; a few blogs are still active but more disappear each week.  As a replacement, I have tried New Tumbl (at  newtumbl.com; no "r" on the end of tumbl).  The format is very similar to Tumblr.  I have 3 blogs there--one of art pictures, one of crossdressing pictures of myself, and one of other crossdressers.  The amount of traffic is a bit disappointing, but growing (the site has been operative since last December and is still undergoing development).  What I it needs is a lot more participants.  So I am suggesting that you give it a try.  

I am a fan of stockings and not pantyhose.  Perhaps I am just showing my age.  When I reached puberty, pantyhose was just bginning to make inroads in the marketplace, just beginning to displace stockings.  But I believe there are important esthetic reasons for my prefference.

Stockings held up with a garter belt (or suspenders for those of you in the UK) so nicely frame a girl's pussy or a gurl's cock and balls.  Just like a picture frame focusing one's attention on a painting, and accentuating some aspect of that painting, they help focus attention on the wonderful center of lust and desire.  Even if that center is covered by panties, we can imagine what is inside, epecially if, in the case of gurls, there is a nice panty bulge.  A panty bulge by itself if just a panty bulge; a panty bulge framed by stockings and garter belt is a work of art.

Even from the rear this delightful framing remains, with the (albeit plainer) rear of the garter belt and stockings so nicely framing the ass. So I firmly believe that a well-dressed woman or gurl should stick to wearing stockings rather than panyhose. 

Here is a question for my fans.  "Panty" is presumably the diminutive female form of "pant."  In the case of men, one would never say "he is wearing a pant."  Instead, one would say "he is wearing pants."  The implication is that the "pant" refers to one leg, or the fabric covering one leg.  Therefore, the complete garment is "a pair of pants" or just "pants."  So what about the female form?  Should one say "she is wearing panties" or "she is wearing a panty"?  If one believes that "panty" is the diminitive form of "pant" then the answer is "she is wearing panties."  But often I see "she is wearing a panty" and it sounds OK to me.  

 So, gurls, which is it?  Panty or panties? 

 Such a difficult question!  While I wait for answers I think I should put my panties on (or, should it be, "I think I should put my panty on?).
