As a man, you are made to perform, to do big things. And to carry responsibility.
You must assume responsibility for the women around you. That does not mean to dominate them, it means to serve them, to protect them, to care for them. Be a man and show them the utmost respect, every day. Bring in all your strength, intelligence and ability to make the world a better place for them. They deserve it.
The Golden Rules
1. Help women before they ask. A woman should never have to ask for help. When she asks, you are too late.
2. When your bus or train is full offer your seat to a female, even if she is a stranger.
3. When a female raises from the table, raise as well. Never sit down before she sits down.
4. If it is raining and you see a woman without umbrella, offer her to cover her with yours. Make sure she is fully covered even if that means you get completely wet.
5. Carry her luggage, even if it is not heavy. A female should never have to carry her luggage herself if a man is present.
6. If you see a woman disoriented, hesitant, overstrained or in pain: Help her, even if she is a stranger. You are a man, you are responsible.
7. Never lie to a female. Speak the truth or do not speak at all.
8. Never talk to a seated woman while standing. Kneel down, sit down or squat, make yourself smaller so that she looks down to you and you look up to her.
9. Take 10-15 minutes a week to think about how you can make the life of the women around you more comfortable.
10. If you find yourself staring at a woman for some time and you see she noticed your staring, apologize sincerely to her, even if she is a stranger.
11. If you go to church and a woman sits next to you during service, make sure you kneel down before she does and get up again not before she does.
12. If you meet a female of higher social, economic or educational status, greet her by kissing her hand. If she doesn't pull her hand up when you grab it gently, bow as low as necessary. Go on your knees
if needed.
13. If a female bows to you, bow lower.
14. When you apologize to a female, do not just say "sorry". Ask for her forgiveness.
15. Treat girls with the same respect as women, they will become adorable females eventually.
16. If you are in a leading position and have a secretary or assistant, make sure she always feels well and comfortable. It's just a social illusion that you outrank her. By nature, the opposite is true.
17. Never take your shirt off in the presence of females unless you have asked them for approval.
18. Never expose your penis in front of females (unless instructed by them to do so). Doing so is unmanly and disrespectful.
19. If you get an erection in public in the presence of females without their consent punish yourself by not touching yourself for 3 consecutive days.
20. Never watch porn in which females are degraded verbally or physically against their will.
21. If you see a woman exploit your generosity and take advantage of you, do not get aggressive towards her. Instead, retreat respectfully and avoid her if you can.
22. If you are religious, praise the Lord every day for the beauty and tenderness of women.
