I have realised that I have degraded and abused myself for too many years and that in doing so I have disrespected myself, my family, all those around me and the subjects in the porn I have watched, enjoyed and jacked-off to.

To stop abusing myself and all those around me, degrading and disrespecting others, I have deleted all of my galleries and am leaving porn behind. For too many years I have used porn and lied to myself that it is harmless - it is not!

If you want to test whether porn is affecting you, challenge yourself to not using porn for a week, if you can do that without any problem then it may not be too late for you!

Next, try masturbating without any form of porn, if you cannot achieve this then you are addicted!

There are several self help groups on the internet, but first you must be honest with yourself - how addicted are you? If you are addicted, delete your galleries, delete your account and seek help!
