It's called Get Skinny Cheap & Easy. Anybody can be model thin without worrying about calories or portion control. Nothing to buy except the e-book and ordinary things you can get at the supermarket.
Back in the twentieth century they used to hunt dinosaurs, count calories and exercise like they were insane. This ain't the twentieth century.
There are entire societies where almost nobody is overweight. Look at the TV news. |
