Andrea here, a woman of the kind the world currently calls "trans" (as short for transgender). With my vulva basically indistinguishable from a penis I was at birth mistaken for "a boy"; it's still my vulva though: a peculiarly shaped (penis-like) vulva which I'm perfectly happy with (so it's under no need of any nasty stupid surgery whatsoever). Maybe that's it. Maybe we transgender girls simply have vulvas of the phallic type.
