I have just a little bit of room left in the cups, I think my smaller breast forms will smooth it out perfectly. I wore it outside for a bit today under a plain white t shirt to see how much it would add to my profile. I don't even think it is noticeable, unless of course maybe you were standing right in front of me. That is just what I was looking for, so that is great.
